If you received the wrong order, please first contact our customer service. Our team will take care of your issue and send you a free return label.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will notify you via email. If tracking is available, this email will also contain a link to our delivery service provider and a tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment anytime.

You can find your estimated delivery date in your order confirmation email. Please wait until the time indicated in the email for your order to arrive.

• Please check if you can track your order online. In the shipping confirmation email, you may find a link that shows where your order is currently located.
• Also, log into your customer account and check your delivery address.
• Please check if you’ve received a notification from our delivery partner. Your package might already be available for pick-up or delivered to one of your neighbors.
• If you’ve checked all the points above and still can’t find your order, please contact our customer service via email or phone. Have your order number ready so we can locate your order more quickly and process your request.
