How do I create a customer account for the Leif Nelson Online Shop?

All you need to open a customer account for our Leif Nelson Online Shop is a valid e-mail address and a personal password. After registering in our store, you will receive an e-mail confirming your successful registration.

You will only receive an e-mail newsletter if you have registered for it. Of course, we will not pass on your personal information to third parties. You can also easily unsubscribe from our newsletter.

 

I have forgotten the password for my customer account, what can I do?

Have you forgotten your login password? No problem, just click on Forgot password when you log in. We will send you a new password to the e-mail address you provided within a few minutes. Log in to your customer account with the new password. You can also change the password again in your customer account.

 

 

Ordering
How can I complete an order online?

You have found an item in our store that you like and would like to order it.

Simply select the size and color of your desired item and add it to your shopping cart. If you want to continue browsing, you can easily add more items to your shopping cart.

To complete your order, simply go to your shopping cart, where you will see an overview of all the items you have added. The Continue function will guide you through the ordering process with ease. Once the order process is complete, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail with an overview of the items you have ordered.

You can set up a customer account for our online store or order as a guest.

 

Can I place an order by telephone?

You can only place orders in our online store online.

 

How do I know if my order has been received by Leif Nelson?

After you have completed your order online, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Also check your spam folder to see if the e-mail has landed there. If you have not received an e-mail, your order has most likely not been received by our system. In this case, please contact our customer service at kundenservice@leif-nelson.de.

 

How do I get a copy of the invoice for my order?

After you have completed your order online, you will receive a copy of your invoice by e-mail.

 

How do I know which size to order?

Our styles are all slim fit, i.e. very figure-hugging.

 

Is there a minimum order quantity for orders?

It is entirely up to you how many items you order. To place an order, you only need to order one item. From 50€ value of goods you order free of shipping costs, otherwise you pay with DHL Standard 3,90€ for your package. What can I do if there are problems with my order?

What should I do if I have received an incorrect order?

If you have received an incorrect order, please contact our customer service first. Our colleagues will then take care of your request and send you a free return slip.

 

What should I do if I have received a faulty item?

Quality is our top priority. If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please send a photo of the item and your order number to our customer service team. Our colleagues will then deal with your request promptly and refund you the money or send you a new item.

 

How do I cancel or change an order?

Once you have completed your order, you can no longer change it. Please contact our customer service after completing your order, our team will be happy to help you.

 

 

Shipping and tracking

Where is my parcel?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will notify you by email. If shipment tracking is possible, this e-mail will also contain a link to our delivery service provider and a number for tracking your shipment, which you can use to check the status of your shipment at any time.

 

Does the payment method I choose affect the delivery time?

Yes, payment alternatives such as prepayment, instant bank transfer and PayPal can be processed more quickly. The faster we receive your payment, the faster we can process and ship your order. In the case of payment alternatives such as purchase on account by Klarna, a credit check may be carried out, which can lead to a delay in processing your order.


Where can my order be delivered?

Your order can be sent to any shipping address of your choice. Private addresses as well as business addresses. It is also possible to ship with our partner DHL to a DHL packing station near you.

 

What can I do if my delivery address differs from my billing address?

If your delivery address is different from your billing address, this is not a problem. During the ordering process in our store, you can enter the information for your billing address and your delivery address separately.

 

What should I do if my order does not arrive?

You will find your estimated delivery date in the order confirmation email you received. Please wait until the time stated in the e-mail for your order to arrive.

Please also check whether you can track your order online. In the shipping confirmation email you may find a link that shows you where your order is currently located.
Please also log in to your customer account and check your delivery address.
Please also check whether you have already received a notification from our delivery partner. Perhaps your parcel is already ready for collection or has been left with one of your neighbors.
If you have checked all the above points and your order can still not be found, please contact our customer service. You can do this by e-mail or telephone. Please have your order number ready so that we can find your order more quickly and process your request.
